 This seven year old boy was born with a "Dysplastic" ear. This intermediate deformity needed to have the affected ear made larger with grafts from the opposite ear.

 This eight year old girl had several "anatomical" subunits of the ear missing at birth. Reconstruction to enlarge the ear was possible with grafts from the opposite normal ear.
